troubled_relationship.jpgI have talked to a lot of women who cry over their relationship. I listen closely each time and wonder, with all the bad things happening and the way she is being treated, why is she even staying?

Are you also going through the same thing? Then it’s time to figure out your relationship. It might have changed over the years, and maybe this is no longer the relationship you wanted before. Here are warning signs that your relationship is in trouble.

Frequent fighting.
You fight about big issues and bicker on minor ones. Maybe, both of you are quick-tempered, and sometimes you can’t seem to find anything nice to say. There’s hostility every time you talk. As a result, being with your partner is not fun anymore, and you feel happier when you are doing different things; you’d rather go out with friends than go on a date with him.

The Smiths were unable to conceive children and decided to use a surrogate father to start their family. On the day the proxy father was to arrive, Mr. Smith kissed his wife goodbye and said, ‘Well, I’m off now. The man should be here soon.’

A repetitive strain injury (RSI), also called cumulative trauma disorder (CTD), occupational overuse syndrome, or work related upper limb disorder (WRULD), is any of a loose group of conditions resulting from overuse of a tool, such as a computer keyboard or musical instrument or other activity that requires repeated movements. It is a syndrome that affects muscles, tendons and nerves in the hands, arms and upper back. The medically accepted condition in which it occurs is when muscles in these areas are kept tense for very long periods of time, due to poor posture and/or repetitive motions.

Snack Time: What to eat before having a “Snack”

Making love can be spontaneous or premeditated. If you think you want an 8-hour non-stop mind-blowing sex, you have to set the mood and the ambience, and prepare physically. You have to create a mental picture of how you would like it to be. Part of preparing the scene is eating the right food (that serves as aphrodisiacs) to physically equip you for the battle. But of course, an aphrodisiac is not enough to have the greatest performance of your life. I would still say it is LOVE. But I digress.

An aphrodisiac is anything that stimulates sexual arousal. It can be psycho-physiological (meaning through what you see, small, taste, or hear), or can be systemic (through something that affects you internally, like food, alcohol, potions, and medication).
